The ac unit/heat was very loud and rattling kept me up quite a bit.

The bed mattress tilted head down. Hot tub was pictured on line and listed in booking, but has been closed for several years.

No lights in the pool area, no hot tub. Staff said owner doesnt want to pay for it to be fixed. The room was not cleaned. Staff was never around when needed. Didnt seem to care at all about there job or the customers.

The fire alarm went off at 4am and continued to go off for about 15 minutes even though it was a false alarm and then it went off again at 5 am
