I didn’t like the guy at the register; he wasn’t friendly and wrote down our room number messy so we thought our room number was 222 and couldn’t find our room so I went back to him and he said it’s room 232.
USroom was not cleaned and had not been cleaned in awhile, hair from someone shaving their beard all over the sink and counter in bathroom, toe nail clippings all over the floor in-between the beds, heat did not work first night and no one available to get it working, front desk staff on arrival was useless the next day the staff women was very awesome and accommodating

USUSThe property was easy to find. The signage was great. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. She was cheerful, enthusiastic, and very kind. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices. The room was very clean and welcoming. We felt very comfortable with our stay.
I can't think of anything that we didn't like. It was the best hotel we stayed in of the 5 hotels we were in on our trip.
USThe bed was really comfortable. Great shower, nice big shower head and flow. Comfortable chairs to sit on in the room. Good location, central to restaurants and freeway access.
The room smelled. Before checking in, I looked up the amenities hoping for a pool and it said the pool was closed. Got there and it was open.
USThe maintenance person who came and removed the moldy curtains from the room was very friendly and helpful.
I don’t like to leave bad reviews but the room had a very distinct mold smell when we entered. I located mold all over the bottom of the curtains that were above the heater/AC. Because I am allergic, I requested a new room. There were none but the front desk suggested I take the curtains down. I could not easily do so, so let the desk know. He then called maintenance, who removed the curtains. The smell did not get better, but at least the mold spores from the curtains wasn’t blowing everywhere. We were still charged full price for the room, which was really disappointing since it was a fairly spendy room at $160. I expect issues like this at hotels that cost $60 a night. We will not be staying here again. No one should have to sleep in a moldy room, perhaps consider getting dehumidifiers.
