The best location and very comfortable suit .

The apartment is exactly as described. Perfect location, within walking distance to the city center but far enough to be in a quiet area. Plenty of space in the street to park the car. We worked from the apartment during 3 days of our stay and the wi-fi was stable and fast enough. Good size minibar and small but functional kitchen. The apartment is well-decorated and perfect for a short or long stay in Kos.

The shower drain clogged a few times, but nothing major. I would def come back.

The location was great, perfect communication. Good temperatures for the hot nights.

We booked this appointment for 3 people but the sofa bed is very small for a adult. It’s good for 2 people.

It was very close to the sea and the beach, the apartment had air conditioning. It was very close to Kos Town, but still not to close so the noise does not bother your stay. The owner was very nice and helpful, fast to respond to any questions we had. The apartment was clean upon arrival and even cleaned during our one week stay one time.

Thank you very much to the owner for the magnificent apartments. Everything is very clean, beautiful, conveniently organized, everything you need is there. The apartment is conveniently located, just 5 minutes from the noisy life of God) The terrace overlooks the sea. Beautiful details: vintage doors to the terrace, lamps by the bed stole my heart. The owner also helped with organizing the transfer. Thank you for your kindness, attentiveness and hospitality!

It was close by the restaurants and just outside the bussier area what I really liked. It was clean upon arrival.

I didn’t like that the outside before the entrance it was really dark before you enter. There is no street light on that side of the area so when you walk in the street from the apartment and to the apartment there will be no light. it was to dark and I thought it was a bit scary but mostly because I was alone .

The property had a good location and nice views from the balcony.

The bathroom could’ve been more clean, bins were quite small and only emptied once during the week
