Bit overpriced for the amenity offered but staff v good

I normally get harassed several times by hotels.com to review my stays. Interesting I didn’t get asked to review this one. You might think they don’t want too many reviews. I read the ones on here. I think they’re fair. It’s cheap, it’s close to the airport. It’s rough AF

Very basic, too basic

I like the new area but it's little pit far from the east side but it's not bad.

Pleasure to meet and greet with the amazing owner of Transit Motel. Gloria Samana Ausage and her team were very helpful and friendly to our family. We were able to check in early without any issues. Even though the room was not ready for us due to the previous guests were still checking out. Gloria and team were able to accommodate our last minute request. Thank you Gloria and Transit Motel for your generous hospitality and great customer service. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Samoa.

Peaceful

Staff was very unfriendly. There was absolutely no Internet! They requested to hold my passport and then forgot to give it back to me when I left! Had to travel an additional 25 minutes back to pick it up! Located in the middle of nowhere - so don’t expect be able to pop into a restaurant! There are absolutely no beaches anywhere nearby. It was $25 more expensive than a really good hotel in town. It’s only redeeming advantage, was that it was close to the airport.

Great place to stay overnight especially if you have an early morning flight.

Convenient location as it is close to FALEOLO airport. Plan to shop for food before checking in.

No towels during my stay, no toiletries provided and staff couldn’t find my booking online when i arrived…
