amazing stay here. the rooms are very clean Spacious and modern. they upgraded us upon arrival to an available room!! only 5 min walk to the main town. great value for money

"Pleasant & comfortable!"

Don’t be fooled by the exterior! Rooms that we stayed in were very spacious and very comfortable. Super value for the price! The staff were all very helpful and friendly - special shout out to Viet and Nan for the exceptional service, made our stay very pleasant (PS pay raise for them please!!) Will definitely come back again if i’m back in Sapa :)

The beds were so comfortable! And the staff were lovely. Its also in a great location, the walk to the main town is only 5 minutes up the road, and there are also great restaurants near by.

"Should be better for the price"

Clean, air-conditioner had a heating function which was appreciated. Could leave our luggage and use the washroom prior to check in (but this is standard practice in Vietnam).

Hot water runs out every few minutes so it was stressful trying to take a shower. The springs in the beds feel worn and uncomfortable. No view, balcony couldn't be used at all due to the extremely foggy weather (not the hotel's fault but should've been factored in in their prices). Staff not particularly interested in helping with anything. No early check in or late check out was allowed without paying an extra 50-75% of the price - we asked to check out an hour later and were still told we had to pay 50% of the room rate. Slightly disappointing given that it was very low season in Sapa and practically every hotel was empty. Tip: we ended up booking another place close to the bus station by asking the owner there for a discounted rate (200,000 vnd for 4!) for use of a room till 10pm, which was basic but had very hot showers.
