The mountain view from the balcony is just so amazing. You will not get sick of it. Book a room that comes with mountain view. You will not regret it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Always try their best to help me during my stay.

"I will definitely recommend this for the breathtaking views of Sapa Mountains"

I got the family suite because it definitely has the best mountain/valley view from this hotel. I was fortunate to be also given the highest floor. The hotel manager was very helpful with all requests and the location is a short walk from the start of the trek to the hillside villages.

Only complaint is that you have visitors at night, it’s inevitable as it is located close to the mountain. Yes, some of the bugs will visit your room!

The bathroom could have had a wet and dry area so that the whole bathroom wouldn’t get wet.

The staff was really nice and helpful and they let us check in way earlier than the established time, which was great since we were coming from spending the night in a bus.

Everything was pretty good! Good value for money.
