Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Airport

It's hard to give an answer regarding this hotel!

Check-in featured unfriendly service. The room was terrible. The main door had a broken lock and large gaps, leaving us feeling unsafe. Room with dust on the furniture; bathroom with a malfunctioning flush. A deafening noise that entered through the window of the machine room—located beneath the pilotis—that heats the hotel. For a hotel under the Embassy and Hilton brands, I expected much better. "I would rather stay at a rest area." As for breakfast, the cook had a long beard; he should have worn a mask or the hotel should have assigned someone without a beard to the station. It was an abysmal breakfast experience. We stayed for seven days at an Embassy by Hilton hotel and had a fantastic experience.

The staff and rooms were amazing and the guy that makes the omelets was awesome when you have three growing boys. Unfortunately, my mom got sick, and the hotel completely understood and moved into action.

Been to Embassy Suites in Nashville & Miami. While the rooms are excellent, the parking situation bugs me. You have to go thru a gate to park your car. I believe I was charged for parking in Nashville. I'm just used to free parking for customers.

I left my camera bag worth over 3k like a complete idiot. I went back the same day and they said nothing was turned in and to call the next day for whatever manager. I called the next day and they said to submit my claim on “Ileftmystuff.com”, WHY NOT TELL ME THAT FROM THE BEGINNING?? At this point it had already been 2 f’ing days. Long story short they were no help and had a huge loss with my cameras. Great room pricing, terrible costumer service but you get what you pay for.

The breakfast was great!!!

The fact that they had a birthday party in the pool area and kids were being so rude and jumping all over the other kids no one would get their kids to calm down or be careful. Kept hitting people with footballs and no one did anything

The breakfast was nice but hard to find coffee

The staff seemed rude and dismissive, I was put in a loud room next to air conditioning and my hallways was under construction. Felt like a 3rd world country
