Had to ask for towels multiple times and they never came, ended up going down to get them and they only had a couple.

"If I would like to come back Nashville, I decided to spend the night here again"

The place is very clean,the staff are very friendly and the breakfast delicious 100/10

The only thing I didn’t like it it was a TV didn’t have channels recently. I was planning to watch a movie on Netflix, but they don’t have Netflix They don’t have the recently apps.

"Toilet didn't work no bedding for the extra pullout mattress and the breakfast was the absolute worst"

The space in the room

The breakfast was the worst I'll stay in Embassy suites whenever I can because of the breakfast it was horrible omelettes were all brown. Other stuff was cold.

i like the cleanliness of the front lobby and breakfast area, the mexican chef was great

upon check in i wasn’t informed of the breakfast times, the amenities hours weren’t specified, and nothing was explained far as paying to re-enter in and out of the facility so i was charged to exit the facility; i didn’t like outdated bathrooms, the lighting in the room was terrible, the lamp in the room didn’t work, the bathroom faucet sink was leaking out water when we utilized it, we had to call the front desk multiple times in order to get clean sheets/towels. the elevator were faulty

They have hot breakfast and cook to order omelets!! The evening reception is also good. The kids loved the indoor pool, but it can get really loud in there.

It isn't really bad, but we could smell the breakfast cooking in the mornings and could hear noises from the pool area.
