Southern Dreams Apartments

We have stayed before and returned because we had such a great stay. Tsampika and Kostas make the stay easy and will answer/address any queries quickly. The lovely Elvira is a superstar and if you need anything during your stay, will help and sort whatever you need. The location is great for a chilled break and the apartments are well equipped, so if you want to cook full meals, you can with no problem. Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer all there. The village is in strolling distance and remains charming, with restaurants and bars, plus a great little supermarket, greengrocer, bakery etc. Parking onsite if you have a car for exploring, beaches few minutes drive, buses nearby for non-drivers, lovely little pool, beds, shady seating - all making for a very comfortable stay.

Amazing clean pool, sea view, clean, bar, close to the city center. We spent 6 nights with our toddler and wished we could have stayed much longer… Lovely hosts and housekeeper Elvira.

Everything!!!! - Quiet, relaxed area - Pool spotlessly clean (and I'm very very fussy with pools 😂) -Apartment spotless & nicely decorated. - Comfiest beds- we all slept like babies!!! - Air-conditioning effective and worked well - Owners and housekeeper were very helpful and accommodating if we needed anything 😁 - not too far to walk to bakery, supermarket, bars and restaurants. - We loved the large balcony with sea view 🥰 - friendly kitties - Parking is easy lots of space! Everything was perfect thank you Tsampika and family 🥰🥰🥰 We hope to come back soon!!!!

great experience. we arrived late to the island. we informed them that we would arrive late. they sent a lot of information on how to find them. Kostas was outside for us until we arrived anyway. thanks to him. there was a cooler with drinks to refresh ourselves. in general, everything we needed was in the apartments. they asked if we needed anything else, they took care of it. The town itself is cute. There are even many cafes. we didn't even manage to eat in all of them. we need more time :) it seems we will have to come back

Everything was perfect! The host is absolutelly brilliant, kind and caring ❤️ We thank you for the hospitality, openess (ie longer staying on departure day with no charges) and willingness to help - we felt taken care of even during earthquake ! 🙏🥰 We received all necessary information for our arrival, places to visit, but also about the festivals or happening in the nearby area. 🥗☕️🍷🏺 We definiatelly recommend this place for a nice stay in South Rodos. Super place in Gennadi, quiet but only 5 min walking distance to the city center. We will came back! 🥰

All of it, we had a wonderful 4 days at Southern Dreams Apartments! We got a lot of recommendations for food, sights and fun stuff to do from Tsampika (we just went for the food recommendations, because we wanted to relax, and they were precious)!

There's nothing to dislike about your stay at southern dreams apartments Ginnadi rhodes, it's location is just right for us, on the edge of the village it's quiet but a stones throw from the main strip. The apartments are much bigger than most and are great value, the owners and staff are always friendly, welcoming and always go the extra mile to make your stay with them exceptional
