Our stay in Southern Dreams was perfect from start to finish. Firstly I would just like to say that Tsampika and Kostas were exceptional hosts. They contacted us the day before we arrived with loads of recommendations for food and activities. As it was towards the end of the season and the complex was quiet they also upgraded our room which we both felt was very thoughtful. The complex is clean, has a beautiful pool, sun loungers and a bar for the residents in the evening. The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and super comfortable. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds and a lovely kitchen and lounge area. Southern Dreams is down a very quiet road but with little passing traffic but it is also less than a 5 minute walk to the centre of the village (plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from) and approx 5 minutes walk to the beach. There was plenty of parking outside the residence for rental cars. Tsampika and Kostas were so welcoming and also available by text for any questions we had. We have already said we would definitely stay here again. I would 100% recommend a stay here for anyone traveling to Rhodes and who wants to travel a little further outside of Rhodes old town etc. Peaceful, comfortable,relaxing and welcoming what more could you want from a holiday.

The location with gorgeous sea views but away from the town so its peaceful and quiet. Great facilities including washer machine and dishwasher and separate beach towels a nice touch. Netflix on the TV and strong WIFI. I had several zoom meetings with no hitches at all. Tsampika and team are really friendly and sorted me out with everything I needed. Gennadi is a lovely little town with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket with everything you'd need.

Beautiful, close to town with its restaurants and shops but comfortably distant in the same time to give you a quiet place to rest. Each apartment has a spacious outside terrace with to have a nice meal or a glass of wine in the evenings. You can enjoy your evening watching the sea or wake up in the mornings to see the sun rises. Overall cleaningness of the property is on a high level. I loved the idea to get a separate towel for the beach. There was enough parking space for all guests. Small pool could have been a pleasant addition but somehow we didn't have a time to use it. A small bar next to the pool for everyone is also a nice idea. The owners were really welcoming, helpful and responsive to any request/question. Bakery and restaurants just few minutes away are just additional benefit. I would recommend a nice freshly squeezed orange juice of or an olive oil from the farmer that you can buy in a small grocery store near by.

The very and only thing I could think of is that sometimes one bathroom for 4 people was not enough, a separate toilet would really benefit for everyone but this is a very minor thing that maybe somewhere in the future the owners can think of.

The apartment is beautiful, modern and equipped with all necessary amenities. The host is incredibly attentive, sweet and made sure we had a great stay. The housekeeper was also wonderful. The bathroom is very big. Clean apartment. I loved watching the sunrise from the terrace. The beach is at a 10 - 15 min walking distance.

The internet is a little unstable. It may be difficult for people who intend to stream or work remotely. But other than that, everything else was great.
