Valerio en zijn mama zijn perfekte gastvrouw en gastheer. Het verblijf is buiten Ortigia (2km) recht tegenover het Archeologisch Park en vlakbij de catacomben. Parkeren is gratis en vlakbij. Lekker ontbijt, goede tips voor eten en drinken gekregen. recent gerenoveerd appartement. (staar u niet blind op de wat rommelige inkomhal)

het was prima, niks op aan te merken. Tip : doe de boottocht niet. het is een ramp.

The breakfast made by the proprietor's mother and the washing she kindly did for us. The other guests seemed very pleasant; also, it was an opportunity for my spouse to practice her Italian. I liked the minimalist design of our room. The proprietor was friendly and helpful, although he could have appreciated the Ancient History of his home city a little more! Their accommodation was a marvellous base for conducting field research into the disastrous Athenian Expedition against Syracuse from 415 to 413 BC. A nearby convenience store greatly assisted with our shopping.

The locks to the place we stayed in could have been better. Those were rather stiff! The lift was rather cramped. Also, the fumes from the noisy traffic triggered some wheezing, so the windows had to be closed. The nearby bus services ranged from bad to nonexistent.

Solo la posizione, per il resto nulla poichè il B&B è in uno stabile molto vecchio e non rispecchiava minimamente la descrizione su booking.

Su booking si parlava di un appartamento, in realtà era una stanza con un piccolo angolo cottura, privo di utensili per cucinare (che in un secondo momento dopo richiesta ci sono stati dati 3 cucchiai, 3 bicchieri e 3 forchette, 1 pentola per la pasta e una per il sugo con il coperchio senza pomello),c'era un tavolo apribile all'occorenza, ma non c'erano le sedie. L'appartamento doveva avere una lavatrice, ma era presente solo nell'area comune del B&B, ma era sempre occupata dalla biancheria sporca delle altre camere. Il condizionatore presente nella camera non funzionava correttamente e l'ambiente risultava caldissimo.

O quarto é muito bom e a localização excelente. O Valério é 5 estrelas muito simpático

Poderia ter outras coisas no pequeno almoço, como por exemplo Pão. Mas do resto foi tudo bom

Valerio was good host who explained right away how everything works. Room was comfortable, location was good, close to the bus station direct to Ortigia.

Although it's quite tasty, homemade cakes can't be considered as a full breakfast. Shower in the room we had should be renewed.

L'accueil est parfait. Les personnes sont gentils. Vous aurez des tas d informations sur la ville et les restos.

Les avis etaient trop positifs avant ma reservation. Il faut être honnête. La toilette est un broyeur donc beaucoup de bruit et aucune possibilité d ajouter le papier dans les toilettes.

La atención de Dina y Valerio, con el desayuno muy rico con tortas caseras exquisitas. La habitación era confortable y el baño espacioso. Todo muy limpio.

Localizar el departamento fue un poco difícil y el lavatorio del baño no funcionaba correctamente.
