Breakfast, despite there was only sweet options, was extremely tasty, wife took a receipt for biscuits) Owner is a great guy and helped us a lot to decide what to see in the city during our limited time. Room was very clean.

If it's your first experience with old-fashioned Italian lift cabins - brace yourself)

The owner was very kind and very helpful. Centrally located. Excellent breakfast.

Following a very long drive, the location proved somewhat difficult for us to locate, despite the helpful video sent by the owner.

Cleanliness Free parking near the place

- Expensive. This place isn't worth 47€/night. - gets absolutely noisy all the time. Even if the window is closed you can hear the car and noise from the streets. I couldn't sleep. - the host tried to be accommodating but I think he was having difficulties following what I wanted. Especially for breakfast. I absolutely do not like sugar in breakfast. I made it clear the moment I arrived yet it was full of sugary food. - it's not a place for budget travellers.

Valerio was very helpful, giving instructions for where to park and find the entrance. Lovely home made cake for breakfast. Excellent location for the archeological park. Free parking on large car parking area down some steps from the building.

There is a lift, but there are steps up to it and then it stops half way between floors so more steps. The steps are shallow with handrails though so not too difficult for us. Needed to run some water into the bidet to stop the smell from the drains.
