The location was very central and easy to commute to anywhere

The appartment had a bad humidity smell. The humidifiers didnt help at all. But most importantly there were multiple cockroach in the kitchen including the dishwasher and other smaller bugs in all bathrooms. We told the owners about the problem and they did not even pay attention. We had to spend 3 nights locking the kitchen door and the two bathrooms. We couldnt even drink the water in the kitchen

When it’s not safe and you get robbed there is nothing to like.

Whatever you do, do not stay at this property or in any property managed by BnBird. Parts of the apartment smells horrible, there are cockroaches and most importantly it is not safe by any means. People entered the apartment and stole a large sum of money hidden in 3 different locked bags. It seems they were surveilling us because they entered during the one and only time we left without one specific bag. Shockingly, when this occurred Bnbird did not send anyone to help us despite that the apartment was clearly broken into and we were females alone and despite that they were close enough to leave us a note the day before to turn off the hallway light (the hallway windows have no curtains leaving you totally exposed when you are inside). They are either complicit or hugely lacking an understanding of what customer service is.

Great Location, large, clean and well appointed apartment. Great communication and easy to check in and out.

Hot water wasn't working during our short stay - but that happens & they were responsive to the news and fixing it.

Walking distance to everything. Very good location. Spacious inside.

Very humid inside, the apartment has 2 dehumidifiers that had to be emptied every day. WIFI is not very strong. Because it is very centrally located, when we arrived during the day the taxi could not stop in front of the building and we had to cross the street with all our luggage, but because of the way this intersection is designed, crossing the street means 3 busy roads. It was cleaned but we found a few bugs.
