"Great location. Apartment cozy and comfortable."

Keys were easy to access but, a second set of keys is necessary. When asked to facilitate they said they only have the lock box available. Which made it uncomfortable when some came back earlier to apartment and had to go back down to leave keys on lock box for rest of guests.

"Good"

The properly itself was lovely and so was the location. Unfortunately the property managers were terrible to me. They took a security deposit that was supposed to be a hold and it took one month and 50 emails/ text messages to get it back to my account. It felt sketchy and it was very upsetting.

"Horrible!"

I strongly do not recommend to stay at this apartment. When we arrived they told us to not to use the main bathroom due to a general problem with the building. They didn’t advise it before arriving and I’m sure that this problem wasn’t a “new event”. The smelling coming from the another bathroom was disgusting, horrible and impossible to leave there. They added more air fresheners at the apartment but it was still impossible to live there. I don’t recommend to stay in this apartment. There are a lot of more where to stay in the nice city of Lisbon.
