Good location. Clean and spacious

Was quite spacious, light and fairly tastefully furnished. Location was pretty good, with shops/restaurants/bars/the coast all nearby. The staff were also incredibly responsive so all our queries were quickly answered. Shower gel/shampoo provided, as well as a hair dryer and iron - useful.

There’s quite a lot of wear and tear to the floors and walls, including off-putting black mould on the ceiling corners, particularly the bathroom, and water leak bubbles and blister damage to the ceilings throughout. It was also so intensely cleaned that we couldn’t get rid of the cleaning fumes for days. They only provided a couple of toilet rolls (possibly left behind by previous guests), so we were forced to buy an unnecessarily large pack to see us through. The living room isn’t well sound-proofed, so the sleep of the person on the sofa bed (which didn’t seem to actually pull out) was disturbed by constant traffic through the night. The staircase is long and smells of damp. The boiler also doesn’t hold much hot water so you constantly have to boost it to get enough for a group to shower. None of these issues particularly ruined our stay, but most seem like simple things to address that would make a difference.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff is extremely responsive and always quick to help. I had trouble turning on the washing machine, and they responded immediately to assist me. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We stayed in January, and the apartment was warm, but there were also additional heaters just in case. Highly recommend!

The apartment is located close to the waterfront, but to reach some of the main attractions, you need to walk uphill.

It was easy to use the security code that was provided through email.

I was deeply dissatisfied with the lack of housekeeping services during my stay. There was no provision for extra bed sheets, paper towels, or toilet paper for guests staying longer than four days. Over my seven-night stay, I was forced to purchase these essential items myself. The condition of the bed sheets was particularly upsetting; being white and visibly worn, they were not replaced or changed during my stay, leaving me uncomfortable throughout. I strongly recommend that the host proactively communicate with guests during their stay to inquire if additional supplies are needed. Moreover, the cost of the apartment was unreasonably high, given the quality of services and facilities provided. The bathroom was exceedingly small and poorly designed, making it challenging to move around or even store towels conveniently. For the premium price charged, I expected significantly better amenities and service.

Spacious

It's just disappointing with the “respect time” that the neighbor downstairs keeps complaining and we have to walk very carefully to avoid being complained about the noise again.

Large sized

Felt like a crack house as a first impression. Tough to get over trekking up the steps. Fine once inside. No air conditioning, 1 fan.
