Green Apartment @ Santos

From the very beginning all was well. Good service, easy accessible and always responding staff, perfect location, and nice apartment. The only negative thing is when it was a strong raining the roof was leaking and the water dripped from the ceiling in few places. All the rest was perfect. Thank you!

Correspondence with owner very nice and professional. Even though it was cold in flat, it was possible to heat it up with radiators. Location was perfect. Overall positive experience.

The apartment is in an old building (that could be considered somehow charming), meaning few things: the apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevators) and the narrow staircase takes you there it makes it not suitable for going up and down with trolley or luggage. Fuses goes out occasionally. Humidity is present, with occasion hard smell of sewage in the bathroom. Flat is renovated, however these flaws can influence comfortability.

it is relatively close to the central part of the Old town.

it is a noisy location, so if weather is warm - you will be doomed. walls are not very tick, which makes it ‘social’ Access to the apartment is through very romantic wooden staircase- you can always guess when somebody enters it. if you have big suitcase - good luck in bringing it up. it is a small adventure!
