The location is a hidden gem. The entire complex gives off a great vibe. Our room, Annex 25, was clean and cozy with a million dollar view. Perfect venue for a small intimate wedding.

There wasn’t a flaw I could find other than no tv’s but I enjoyed being disconnected so no tv’s was good with me

The outdoor property is pretty and our building was painted well on the outside.

The hide-a-bed when opened had popcorn and mouse droppings in it. They had turned the air conditioning on before we arrived and the room was freezing. There was a musty/ old house odor in the entire house. The wedding on property had many people smoking Marijuana and the smoke was traveling into the buildings. It was not pleasant.

Very quiet, relaxing, beautiful landscape.

Had issues with water pressure throughout half our stay. Toilet wouldn't flush couldn't shower.

Our room was very musty smelling. It was over powering when you opened the door. It was the last unit available so switching units wasn’t an option. Can’t speak on other units but Annex 23 needs to be addressed. I cleaned the a/c filter myself and I left with a sinus infection. For $300-350 a night that should not happen.

The location, the views, the beach and deck. We loved our balcony and the space in our rooms. The staff are wonderful and friendly.

Just a few upgrades would really impact the quality of the stay- replace carpeting in the units with tile or faux wood to get rid of the constant musty/mildewy smell; replace noisy ACs with quieter and more efficient split units. It would be great if there were a small cafe or restaurant on the premises; remember pavement if used coffee and cups.

Location is excellent. The activities is wonderful for family fun. Easy check in and check out.

Carpets need to be replaced with flooring. Considerable mildew. Need to refresh rooms a little.
