Michillinda Lodge Resort

The location is excellent. The view of the lake is ideal. The rating would have been excellent if it weren't for the floors.

We didn't like that we could hear every step of the people who were staying on the 2nd floor. It's a wooden building and floors make noise. Try to book a room on the 2nd floor and you'll enjoy your stay.

Proximity to Lake Michigan

AC units are extremely temperamental and wouldn’t stay on. We were given two keys and only one worked in the door.

The first night due to the unscreened part of a window and a light left on we had an infestation of little black bugs. We spent time killing probably around 100. We didn't know who to contact after the office closed. Luckily the weren't a biting insect. The next day the gave us a larger, very nice room across the hall. The view of the lake from our room was great. All in all we were pleased with our second room. Could use larger toilets.

My wife and I are not large people but the toilets were small and crowded up against the wall.

Everything, the place was beautiful, clean and comfortable.

It would be nice to have a TV in the room. It would also be nice to have an icemaker somewhere on the property to get Ice..

The location was absolutely beautiful. Our room was nice. The place was quiet and relaxing and beautiful.

The pool didn't work. It was green and murky. I really wanted to go swimming too. The room had a few spider webs, but the area is woodsy so that is expected. The place could use an update but it was still a relaxing and beautiful place. Would have liked a TV in our room.

The place was beautiful. Great lake views, very quiet and clean. Relaxing and private. Cabin C was a great cabin for my family, large his and hers sink and bathroom. Rooms are good size as well. Bbq area was a plus and the common cooking area helped a lot. Weather was kinda chilly so we did not get to use tennis/ and pickle ball court. And unfortunately the pool was also not ready at the time of our stay. Would definitely come back!

I loved the view and access to Lake Michigan. The property was quiet and well cared for.

Quiet, family friendly, very organized either activities, and lodging was clean and comfortable.
