Staub, dreckige Zimmer, Schimmel im Zimmer, Baustelle im Hotel. Das Zimmer war so dreckig, dass wir das Hotel nach einer Nacht freiwillig verlassen haben. NIE WIEDER

המלון הזה הוא ללא ספק החוויה הגרועה ביותר שחווינו בכל שנות הטיולים שלנו. למרות הציון הגבוה בבוקינג וההתרשמות הראשונית של תמורה טובה למחיר – בפועל שילמנו על מצג שווא. לא הוזכר בשום שלב שהמלון נמצא בשיפוצים משמעותיים. גם הלובי והכניסה וגם אזור הבריכה והספא היו מושבתים לחלוטין. לא היו שירותי בריכה, לא ספא, והכניסה למלון התבצעה דרך חדר האוכל, על גבי קרשים ובסביבה מלאה אבק וזכוכיות. חדר האוכל עצמו צמוד לעמדת הצ’ק־אין ללא כל הפרדה, כך שאנשים אוכלים כאשר מולם מבצעים צ’ק־אין – חוויה מאוד לא נעימה. גם ארוחת הבוקר הוגשה ממש בתוך אזור השיפוצים, עם אבק באוויר. כבר בהגעה ביקשנו לבטל את ההזמנה לפני שעלינו לחדרים. הפקיד בקבלה היה אדיב והבין אותנו לחלוטין, אך הנהלת המלון סירבה לאפשר ביטול, ונאלצנו להישאר שלושה לילות בניגוד לרצוננו. בנוסף, ולתדהמתנו, המלון אף ניסה להחתים אותנו על מסמך שבו אנו “מאשרים” להישאר במלון למרות שהוא תחת שיפוצים — מסמך שהיה עלול למנוע מאיתנו אפשרות לבקש החזר או פיצוי בהמשך. כמובן שסירבנו לחתום. כתמורה קיבלנו צלחת פירות לחדר בקומה רביעית — אך תוך דקות היא התמלאה בנמלים, וגם המקרר היה מלא נמלים. לא ברור כיצד בקומה כה גבוהה יש כמות כזו של מזיקים, במיוחד לאחר שהתארחנו בריזורטים בטבע ללא נמלה אחת. בנוסף, נאלצנו להזמין אינסטלטור שלוש פעמים במהלך השהות עקב בעיות במים החמים. מצאתי את עצמי יוצא באמצע מקלחת קפואה כדי לחכות לטכנאי. כל זאת לצד רעשי שיפוצים בלתי פוסקים – גם מהבריכה מעלינו וגם מהלובי – מה שלא אפשר מנוחה בשום שלב, וגרם לנו לעזוב את המלון בכל יום רק כדי למצוא שקט. גם כרטיסי החדר לא עבדו ונאלצנו לרדת לקבלה שלוש פעמים כדי לסדר זאת. הדבר היחיד החיובי שיש לי לומר הוא לגבי צוות המלון – שהיה אדיב ושירותי ככל שיכלו במסגרת המצב. לסיכום: לא מומלץ בשום אופן. שילמנו מחיר מלא על חוויה פגומה לחלוטין. יש לנו תיעוד מלא בסרטונים ובתמונות. חבל לשים את הכסף על מלון שנמצא בשיפוצים מבלי שמודיעים על כך מראש.

This hotel is without a doubt the worst experience we have ever had in all our years of traveling. Despite the high rating on Booking and the initial impression of good value for money, in reality we paid for a false representation. At no point was it mentioned that the hotel is undergoing major renovations. Both the lobby and entrance, as well as the pool and spa areas, were completely out of service. There were no pool facilities, no spa, and the entrance to the hotel was through the dining room, walking over wooden planks and in an environment full of dust and glass. The dining room itself is attached to the check-in counter with no separation whatsoever, so guests are eating right next to people checking into the hotel – a very unpleasant experience. Breakfast was also served directly inside the construction area, with renovation dust in the air. Upon arrival we immediately asked to cancel the reservation before going up to the rooms. The receptionist was kind and fully understood us, but hotel management refused to allow a cancellation, and we were forced to stay for three nights against our will. In addition, and to our surprise, the hotel even tried to have us sign a document stating that we “agree” to stay at the hotel despite the renovations — a document that could prevent us from requesting a refund or compensation later. Naturally, we refused to sign it. As “compensation” we received a fruit plate in our room on the fourth floor — but within minutes it was covered with ants, and the refrigerator was full of ants as well. It’s unclear how such an infestation exists on a high floor, especially considering we stayed in nature resorts without a single ant in the room. We also had to call a plumber three times during our stay due to issues with the hot water. I had to step out of a freezing shower and wait for him to arrive.
