KK Karon Kata Boutique Hotel

Centrálna lokalita medzi plážami kata a karon, blízko nočného trhu, príjemný personál, čisté izby. Raňajky sú v poriadku, avšak s obmedzeným výberom.

Hotel aktuálne prebieha rekonštrukciou - vstupná lobby a strešný bazén. O rekonštrukcii sme dopredu nevedeli, inak by sme si ubytovanie nerezervovali. Bazén bolo možné využívať iba v čase 17:00 - 22:00, avšak vyzeralo to tam ako na stavenisku, bez baru vzhľadom na rekonštrukciu. Ako satisfakciu hotel počas rekonštrukcie ponúka bezplatný odvoz v daných hodinách na pláž a 20% zľavu na jedlo a napoje. Izby su bez balkóna čo sme si dopredu taktiez nevšimli takže ak chodíte na pláž, v izbe si reálne nemáte kde vysušiť veci kvôli priestoru. Celkovo pomer cena kvalita hodnotím negatívne, v oblasti sa dá nájsť aj lepšie ubytovanie. Na booking.com ma hotel 4* avšak reálne je to priemerný 3* hotel. Pri krátkom pobyte je to kvôli lokalite stále dobra voľba, avšak pri dlhšom pobyte by som určite zvolil ine ubytovanie.

We already knew there would be construction work and it is pretty intense, there’s a lot going on and it’s noisy but we weren’t actually at the hotel that much so it didn’t affect us too badly. It’ll be amazing when it’s done.

The room was nice -- clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the arrangement of the taxi ride to the airport. The breakfast each morning was good. A pretty good location, overall.

There was noisy construction going on at the hotel which was a bit disruptive. The limited hours to use the rooftop pool. The lighting in the rooftop pool area is very poor and potentially hazardous during the evening hours when it is dark.

The manager and the staff were absolutely amazing! Very kind and efficient! Very helpful and professional! Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Location was great.

There was some construction work during the day which wasn’t terrible and we were compensated nicely and to our satisfaction. Due to construction the rooftop pool and seating area was only open from 5-8 pm. I could have used a bit more surface area in the room for my belongings.

Pohodlné a pěkné ubytování. Blízko do města i na pláž. Vydatné snídaně formou švédských stolů. Neuvěřitelně vstřícný personál.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to two beaches, several shops, restaurants and the market. The staff is exceptional!

It is a small property with nice staff and very nearby the kata beach
