"Beautiful well maintained resort"

Beautiful resort in a beautiful country. We arrived and checked in, then took the shuttle to our room. The shuttle service is a great thing to have as the whole resort is on a hill so it saves a lot of walking. The pools were all well kept and nice. There was a swim up bar at one with lots of additional seating around the rest of the pool. The food was good as well. Nothing to complain about. Our room was clean and the water pressure was fantastic. The staff are all friendly, and if you don't speak Spanish they will do their best to communicate with you, although I found most of them spoke enough English to communicate with you. We met a staff member named Konrad who was very friendly and fun to talk to. Overall we were impressed with this resort and would definitely come back.

"Staff Experience"

Such a fun place to stay! Our relaxing days at the pool were accompanied by the entertainment staff Charlotte and Byron as we played pool side games. They were so friendly and nice to chat and play games with. Definitely a great place to vacation. Lots of fun things to do but also easy to find spots of peace and quiet or a comfy place to read a book.

It was fun enjoyed it they have fun activities and good service the workers are very nice. Very good area and close to the beach great views from the rooms. Definitely would recommend this place and Konrad is a great guy lots of energy and fun!!

it was great i had a lot of fun. had a lot of great drinks. fun pool games, very engaging staff, overall great experience. i 100 percent recommend. daily games and a lot of time in the sun. great view and i loved the beach. Konrad was amazing he was a great guy.

We loved it!! Close to the beach, walkable, .The grounds at night time are romantic to say the least. The pools are enchanting, the breakfast is absolutely delicious!!
