Tried to check in my room and went to the room and it was occupied. Went back to the front desk and was given another room. Went to the second room and it was occupied as well. Now remind you I went to the third floor for the first two room. The third room I was given was on the first floor. This room was unbelievable! Looked like someone threw up on the chair. Look like someone ejaculated on the mattress. This room was not cleaned for sometime. Look at the pictures that was attached because I can't make this stuff up. Also mold was on the furniture. The tub was leaking and couldn't shut off. The bathroom light was a turn switch that was on a timer. To the manager and owner..this is a disgrace that you all rent rooms like this.

Rug dirty. Spider in bathroom. No coffee pods for second day.

The bed is super comfy, and the room is clean. Most of the staff is very friendly every time we stay here. Great location near the STL Athletic Center and great spots to eat.

We are always at the very end of the hallway. We travel for Taekwondo Tournaments, and we are exhausted and sore at the end of the day. It sucks to have to go all the way to the end of the hall every time. Also, after 4 years, it would be nice if check-in was faster. The computers are always slow. There is always a line because many people from our organization stay there. And only one person is checking people in. This year, the lady working the front desk was crabby.
