The bathroom worked

Moved to 3 rooms because every door is opened to a room i paid for was not cleaned by house keeping at all them in got sick in a room that I didn't want cause they was sold out

"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE"

Terrible experience. We arrived at night and saw many people drinking outside. At the front desk, I saw them checking in intoxicated people; there's definitely no screening of guests. They also ignored my Booking.com reservation, and after several calls, they refused to honor it, so they charged me the full price. When I entered the room, there was no hot water. After a 15-hour trip, I wanted to shower, but I couldn't do so comfortably. The next day, I had to shower with cold water again. Booking.com should definitely ban places like this.
