Proximity to highway

No hot water, room smelled musty, no coffee/tea supplies, cups in the room. No Kleenex in the dispenser. Unable to get a room key because key programmer was not working. Waffle/pancake maker was broken.

The location

The hotel was not kept up. Not enough room for breakfast seating. The TV didn’t work. The sink drain was very slow. Had police on our floor for some reason.
