Travelodge by Wyndham Crescent City

Basic amenities, no ice or vending or breakfast available? But cl an and staff was courteous.

I stay there often

I had to wait to check in as there was no staff. They had to call someone to come to the facility.

Place was clean, easy check in and check out, nice staff, no issues

It was noisy but expected off 101. Two decent chairs, comfortable ones needed. A table needed for card laying.

Shower handle very hard to turn

Didn't like surrounding territorie. Look dirty and unkempt.

This hotel is dirty; floors have crumbs and dirt. Tub water was brownish in color; shower water temperature hard to control. Amenities are cheap and hotel building is run down. I paid over $100/ night and it was so disappointing. I will never again consider Travelodge. Travelers - Stay away!!

Greetings The purpose of this correspondence is to request a full and total refund for our 8/23/2025 booking at the Wyndham Travel Lodge in Crescent City, CA. The following is a synopsis of our findings and our justifications for refusing to stay: 1. Upon arrival, there were people wandering the parking lot, going in and out of rooms and being very sketchy. 2. The reservation was for 2 Queen beds, upon arrival we were presented with a minimalist room containing 2 double beds. 3. The provided room smelled of something dead, covered with an overwhelming smell of bleach. 4. The room was uninhabitable. 5. We returned to the office to decline the room and were met with a young man who reeked of body odor that permeated the entire office. 6. The man did offer another room which we declined based on the totality of numbers 1-5. We booked this site based on the Wyndham brand which has a reputation of clean, comfortable, modern rooms with excellent service and security. None of these elements applied to this location. Wyndham should not be affiliated with this site. We moved down the street to a Best Western and were provided with a modern, clean room with breakfast included for less than the booking at the Travel Lodge. One may not expect a person to accept accommodation that is not as advertised and is inherently unsafe. Please facilitate a full and immediate refund.

Blood on sheets. There was a metal base on bed with a spring set under the mattress. Wondering if the housekeeper inadvertently cuts herself wwhen cleaning??? Otherwise it was definitely cleaner than the last Wyndham we stayed
