The location was good.

Smell like mold

Staff was friendly, polite, patient and helpful with suggestions on places to eat.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Clean room. Tub stopper missing but provided when we messaged motel. No view except parking lot. Not much to look at outside but room had everything needed.

When i walked in the floor had a layer of sand and my daughter and i both had to wear out shoes inside. The sheets even had sand in them. My room was not cleaned the whole time i was there. My key card needed to be re keyed every time i came back from my excursions for the day. The pillows were ridiculously not usable. I needed to ask for towels because they were not replenished. I will never stay at a travelodge ever again

Aside from checking in this place was good. It was clean, comfortable, and it had AC. The check in process was terrible, there was no one at the front desk for 30 minutes, phones weren’t working and no one answered the doorbell. The person who came was rude and annoyed. The noise level overall was noisy due to cars on the road.

You manager was awesome. We had sand in our water and she did everything she could to make us comfortable. She talked to her superior and we were told we would get a partial refund because we were not able to bath.

The next day she changed our room to another area that did t have a water problem because she didn’t have a room available for us on our first night. We never received a price adjustment and we’re billed the full amount.
