Un accueil très chaleureux par la maîtresse des lieux elle-même, Dominique Loiseau. Un personnel aux petits soins, qui partagent avec joie leur passion pour leur établissement, ainsi que la culture héritée du fondateur et cultivé avec talent par sa femme à sa suite. Le lieu est très beau et chaleureux, y compris le jardin, joliment dessiné. Le spa est fabuleux! Il mérite son classement parmi les meilleurs spas du monde. Nous avons également découvert le livre biographique de Dominique Loiseau qui raconte leur aventure. Un incroyable parcours, celui d’une battante, résiliente, qui a su s’entourer avec intelligence et transmettre à ses enfants la passion et le goût de l’entrepreneurial. Et de surcroît une bâtisseuse, qui a développé la marque Loiseau bien au delà de Saulieu. INSPIRANT!

Le prix de la chambre nous semble exagéré, malgré sa qualité.

Petit hic, pas de service le soir, je voulais un thé à 23h45 mais plus personne mais c’est vraiment un détail.
