La décoration et la disponibilité du personnel.

Petit déjeuner indigne de l'établissement. De plus, malgré les 30 euros facturés, les oeufs étaient en supplément. La connexion wi-fi n'était pas sécurisée (pourtant, rien de plus facile que de donner un code d'accès personnalisé comme cela est d'usage dans ce genre d'établissement). Douche glissante et baignoire trop étroite (il eut mieux valu ne pas en mettre et prévoir 2 lavabos).

The 2 star restaurant was great. Room was great. Breakfast was good but could be improved given quality of the place. Room service was excellent (best French fries ever). Saulieu itself was a little dull but we were there for an international horse competition nearby and thus the location was gret.

Young and noisy kids running around. Dogs are fine and well behaved. Any kids below age of 10 should be banned. We tried the Bistrot Loiseau across the street on the first night. Low/lower budget , which is great. But by 8.30pm they had ran out of 2 out of the 3 main courses on offer. An accident no doubt.

Le repas gastronomique ! Le spa fabuleux! Le personnel au petit soin et enfin le luxe en general! Bon repos, belle vue, calme et excellents mets!!

Expensive hotel. Nice spa area. Nice garden. We found out room a bit damp. Breakfast was very high priced compared to quality. Eggs/omelets not included( cost 20€, not worth it). We had dinner at the Bistrot Loiseau du Morvan. Menu card quite small. High prices compared to quality. Overall: older hotel that could use some updating. Prices too High.

Tutto ai massimi livelli, ottima la gestione, eccellente la cucina dello chef del ristorante, meravigliosa la spa.

It is old fashioned building but the room was huge with a fantastic bed and wonderful pillows. We had a nice balcony overlooking the garden. The staff was incredible -the receptions helped with the luggage and secured room service as we arrived too late for dinner. The most important discovery was the spa- it is certainly one of the best in the world. Really rejuvenated me after an 8-hour drive! Excellent gourmet store from the same owners. The owner Mrs. Loiuseau said goodbye to us in person.

Lieu mythique, incontournable havre de paix exceptionnellement accueillant. Le personnel est adorable. Tout est décoré avec un raffinement extrême, et pensé pour faire de votre séjour un bonheur total. Les chambres sont magnifiques, et la literie hyper confortable. Le ravissant jardin, agrémenté d'essences rare et dessiné par la propriétaire Madame Loiseau, est un hommage à l'art botanique dont chaque charmant recoin incite au calme et à la sérénité. Nichée au bout de celui-ci vous découvrirez la piscine, toute en rondeurs, surprises et harmonie. Le SPA est véritablement exceptionnel par son design contemporain, la variété des agréments offerts, et la quiétude qui y règne. Le petit-déjeuner est un délice absolu, hommage aux produits de terroir et au goût. Ne pas manquer la vinothèque, la salle à manger, les salons-bibliothèques hyper cosy, la salle de billard, et surtout, prenez le temps d'admirer les nombreuses photos historiques du fondateur et regretté grand chef étoilé Bernard Loiseau, en compagnie de sa famille et des grands de ce monde, auquel cette magnifique maison rend un hommage apaisé, optimiste et joyeux.
