Der nachhaltige Gedanke überall. Die Versorgung mit Wasser in den Kannen zum nachfüllen Sehr innovative Idee. Das frühstücksbufett, das parken in der Garage. Der erste Eindruck von außen wurde sehr schnell in ein angenehmes Erlebnis verwandelt.

Mein erster Aufenthaltstag (17.05.2026) war privat. Ab dem 18.05.2026 habe ich noch zwei weitere Nächte geschäftlich im Hotel übernachtet. Bis heute warte ich jedoch auf die Rechnung meines ersten Aufenthaltstages. Beim Check-out konnte der Mitarbeitende die Rechnung aufgrund eines Problems mit der Adressangabe weder korrekt ausdrucken noch erstellen. Er versicherte mir, das Problem zu lösen und mir die Rechnung per E-Mail zuzustellen. Inzwischen sind fast vier Wochen vergangen, ohne dass ich die Rechnung erhalten habe. Nach dem Check-in stellte ich zudem mehrere Mängel im Zimmer fest: Die Schranktür war defekt. Der Toilettenpapierhalter war defekt. Die Bettwäsche war zerrissen. Ich habe diese Mängel umgehend der Rezeption gemeldet. Obwohl ich insgesamt drei Nächte im Hotel verbracht habe, wurde keiner dieser Mängel während meines Aufenthalts behoben. Auch das Frühstück hat mich enttäuscht. Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt, und insgesamt wirkte das Angebot ausgesprochen spartanisch. Von einem Frühstück in dieser Preisklasse hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Aus meiner Sicht stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider nicht. Insbesondere angesichts der Zimmermängel, des sehr bescheidenen Frühstücksangebots und der bis heute fehlenden Rechnung kann ich meinen Aufenthalt nicht positiv bewerten.
