Hôtel Campanile Montpellier Centre St Roch

Excelente en todo sentido. La limpieza muy cuidadosa. El hotel se preocupa por la gestión ambiental. Los desayunos también nos han gustado mucho y de ellos destacaríamos el zumo de naranja natural y la calidad de la bollería. No nos gustó mucho el café pero lo mencionamos como oportunidad de mejora. Lo más importante fue la excelente atención en recepción de la señorita que nos ayudó cuando mi compañero tuvo que llamarme por una incidencia menor que se presentó al no subir a tiempo al tranvía. El nombre de la empleada empieza por T, pero ahora no recuerdo su nombre completo. La felicitamos por su ánimo de ayudar al huesped. Si volvemos a Montpellier seguramente repetiremos nuestra estadía en este hotel. Además está situado frente de la Estación de tren. Una gran ventaja para los que viajamos por este medio de transporte.

All great except mattress… well, mattresses: double with big crack separating two twins, so might as well have a single! Excellent condition, location, and transportation options. Nice shower heads.

This property is over rated on Expedia. The hotel is old, not clean, the towels smell bad, no napkins in the rooms, beds are not comfortable at all, nothing good about it except that it’s located next to the train station.

Très bien situé derrière la gare St Roch, tout peut se faire à pied ou en Tramway. Chambres propres, décoration agréable, petit-déjeuner correct. Il y a un Intermarché à moins de 5 minutes, et le parking St Roch est juste à côté: étages 4 à 9 pour la longue durée. Si vous restez plus de 3 jours, demandez le tarif préférentiel du parking qui est beaucoup plus avantageux (14,38€) que celui de l'hôtel (17€).

Perfect location - close to Gare saint Roch station and centre of town. One of very few hotels in Europe that have taken the reduction of plastics seriously. No one use plastic shampoo bottles here.

Hôtel tout neuf, très propre. Bien insonorisé, clim qui fonctionne parfaitement. Bonne literie, belle salle de bains.

My family and I checked into the hotel in the afternoon (2 rooms). The air conditioning was working when we left at 4 PM to go on a wine tour. When we returned to the hotel at 11 PM, both rooms were hot. In fact, the hallway was much cooler than our rooms. I asked the receptionist what they could do to fix the problem. She said that there was no solution. I told her that I wanted to check out and move to another hotel. She agreed to provide a full refund for both rooms. Currently, Hotel Campanille is only offering a refund for one of the two rooms. This is unacceptable because they could not rectify the situation and we ended up spending more to move to another hotel at 11 PM at night. This caused much stress during our vacation.

Great room in a great location, very quiet room and effective air con. Not a lot of space with the sofabed made up but plenty of room in bathroom and top notch shower. I would have liked a mini fridge to chill water in but only because it was a very hot couple of days.
