Chitra villa

The pool was amazing, my children enjoyed swimming everyday and at night we would light candles around the pool, we also brought our own blow up swimming crocodiles which went fantastic with the pool. The lounge room is very spacious and comfy! and the dining table was beautiful, we also had a lovely cleaner who took care of us very well 🩵. Communication with the owner was also amazing she always checked in to see if we needed anything and if everything was okay.

The refrigerator is out of service., not cold

Location was to far away from anything and to catch a taxi you need WiFi and if power goes out you have no connection to anywhere or any one! You stuck

The sheets were dirty, the place was dirty, no light in bathroom above mirror couldn’t do make up. Power went out one night I had to look for switche to turn it on as we had no way to contact owner with out WiFi . It was so far away from anything ten minutes in car to seminyak

Comfy beds.

The sheets were dirty, got new ones also stained.it was so far from anything taxi to Seminyak was 10 minutes away lucky I down load the taxi app at home, when the power cut off you have no way to contact anyone outside of villa you are stuck with nothing, so lucky I found the trip button and turn power on as we had non all night so hot without air conditioning, we had no internet so couldn’t contact anyone for help . Taxi cost $5.00 to seminyak and $10.00 to kuta which was a 20 minutes drive from villa. Couch was very uncomfortable and really hot in lounge area. Make sure you buy water from close shop as water is off at villa from sitting in hot sunny box at the front . Cleaner needs lesson on cleaning was very dirty when we arrived tables not wipped from people before us. The bedroom was hot as air conditioning not turned on for us on arrival. Was disappointed we couldn’t walk to Main Street. Only catch bluebirds as they use a meter. Would have been good to have an information booklet on how to turn power on . Bathroom light didn’t work above sink . Owner gets shity when you complain about villa. We wanted to leave as the power kept going out and we couldn’t get refunded not worth $200 a night! We had two bedrooms and because of dirty sheets and air conditioning not working properly we had to sleep in one room for 3 night when paying for 2 rooms.

Like that, it was private with the pool as a bonus

It could have had some attention to detail on cleaning, preparation for when people check in in regards to having hand soap/towels, toilet paper topped up, stained sheets and towels, no pool towels, nothing major but it's the little things that are appreciated, also insuring things are in working order prior to check in, (owners did respond quickly with these things but shouldnt have had to be told)the pool can be difficult to get in/out if you're a bigger person. Location is away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to get to places via Gojek/Cab, etc.

Peace and quiet. Close to shops, cafes, money changes, n laundry service. Etc. Staff excellent. The owner is bloody awesome. All very helpful.

When booking gojek car. It took so long to arrive. I understood that kerobokan is very busy traffic. Gojek scooter easy....

I had a nice stay at Chitra The villa was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with all modern amenities. The view was stunning, and the location was perfect—peaceful yet close to attractions. It was really nice that they agreed for the late checkout . I highly recommend this villa and look forward to returning!

Bedsheets were stained otherwise everything was good

The villa was very nice and clean. The villa was full of amenities enabling us to have the option to cook ourselves. The location is quiet which was really good and also pretty close to the heart of seminyak. Overall the villa was incredible and we would stay again when we go back to bali.
