Golden Hotel

Отель расположен в центре, близко к основным достопримечательностям, магазинам, паркам, ресторанам. Персонал доброжелательный, мы очень долго ехали из Алматы, беспокоились, ждали нас, быстро заселили. В номере все необходимое есть: халаты, тапочки, одноразовые щетки, зубная паста. Довольно сытный завтрак, были также в доступе вода из кулера, чай, кофе из кофемашины. Разрешили оставить чемоданы на хранение, пока мы утрясали организационные моменты. Спасибо!

Немного жестковата кровать. Некорректно работал кондиционер (не холодил и гудел), мы были на одну ночь, не критично.

Friendly staff and nice breakfast, comfortable beds and clean rooms

I don't like marking places down, however the reason for the low score is a lack of fridge in the room, we had to ask at reception for them to put our items in their fridge so unable to keep drinks cool (the staff were helpful enough helping out with this) not enough power points, no tea and coffee facilities in room, I appreciate that these were in the communal area but not great if you need to get dressed before going out of your room! Our door (7) was really difficult to access with the card and took 6/7 attempts each time, and we needed to do some laundry but was told that it would be 1 dollar per item, which meant that a wash of our undies and a few other items would have been rather pricey! Air con wasn't efficient and very noisy! No complaints about the staff overall, the bed was comfortable and room was a sufficient size, we didn't need to spend a significant amount of time there, but just wanted to note these things as the reason I chose this hotel was because of the good reviews!

Хорошая кровать,качественные спальные принадлежности и шторы блэкаут позволили мне отлично выспаться после долгой дороги. Отдельное спасибо персоналу отеля за доброту и поддержку.
