Es war nicht wirklich sauber und das Bett nicht bequem. Check in und Check out hat gut geklappt. Das Frühstück war für mich nicht passend

Tesis temiz ve güvenliydi. Olanakları yeterliydi. Konumu iyiydi. Resepsiyonda Cholpanai hanım her konuda yardımcı oldu. Otobüs biletlerini almamızdan yemek yiyeceğimiz yerlere kadar yardım etti, öneriler sundu. İşini güleryüzle ve mükemmel şekilde yaptığı için ailecek teşekkür ederiz. Oteli gönül rahatlığıyla seçebilirsiniz. Olumsuz bir şey yaşamadık.

Everything was good. Beds are comfortable and not so soft, breakfast basic but tasty. Also very clean room.

Part of the Staff doesn’t speak English very well but it was not a big problem.
