Hinode Hills Niseko Village

ニセコビレッジスキー場のゲレンデに直ぐに出れます。ゴージャスな部屋の中に洗濯乾燥機、キッチン、皿、鍋、フライパンが置かれてます。ただ、比羅夫の町や、ショップのあるヒルトン周辺と近いとは言えません。レンタカーがあれば、これほど最高な宿泊施設は他にはないでしょう。

We had a two bedroom apartment for a week and we loved it. The apartments are beautifully appointed. All of the rooms have beautiful views. Four of us stayed here very comfortably. No queues either whereas the other areas had large waiting times. The Ski in Ski out is perfect and ski hire is available in the lobby. Staff were excellent and so accommodating. Only one restaurant which is OK . We caught the free shuttle bus to Kutchan ( 30mins away) and went to the supermarket, very reasonable, and did a big grocery shop and cooked lots of our meals. Everything is available here including wine etc. Also catch the free shuttle bus to Hirrafu ( 10 mins away) if you want bars, restaurants and night life but come back to Niseko village to stay and ski!

Rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. We had the two bedroom room for two adults three kids. Amazing access to the mountain. If you want first runs you need to get to the Hilton before 8.30am via a magic carpet then a short gondola. The gondola starts at 8.20am. Staff are very helpful and friendly. If you ring the front desk with a question on how to operate something in the room they will be up there in 5 minutes to help. Only reason i have rated it 4 stars is the breakfast is not close to a five star hotel breakfast. Pancakes are Luke warm and re-heated before serving. All the cereal is very sugary and the bread and pastries are average at best. If the breakfast area was full they will not cope with the service. Luck for us only a few tables where occupied each morning. I highly recommend this hotel and would be very happy to return.

Brand new and sparkling accommodation in true ski in/ski out facility. We were so happy with our stay here- the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, the rooms were spacious and extremely well equipped (if I could have taken the amazingly quiet washer/dryer home with me I would have) and everything worked. Ski valet was fantastic- walk through door, hand over skis and boots and swap for slippers in return. How good is it? All the gear hired looked new and was in fantastic condition. one free shuttle delivers you quickly to Niseko village or to the supermarket in the nearest town. the other shuttle (free if you have an all moutnain pass) gets you into Hirafu for some cool eats or if you didn't want to ski across to the resort. perhaps one thing that could be improved was the onsite restaurant. We ate here a number of times (and it wasn't cheap!) - the pizza was a flaccid, oily mess and the mushroom salad was nearly comical- basically cos lettuce leaves and a few thrown on mushrooms. The included breakfast was appreciated but if you are going to offer clearly reheated pancakes (complete with rock hard edges) you are probably better just to put them on the buffet rather than have people 'order' them as you really do expect cooked to order. But nothing I have written above woudl stop me staying again- we had such a fantastic time.

Hard to find anything to fault. We were very comfortable in our spacious (for Japan) 2 bedroom apartment. We loved the friendly and efficient ski valet service (skis and boots taken as soon as you have skied to the door and your shoes handed to you). The Onsen was a perfect end to your day on the slopes. The views to Mt Yotei from the apartment and all over Niseko were amazing. We took the free shuttle service to Kutchan on our day off which allowed us to do a big shop (you can get pretty much anything you need there and it is cheaper than Hirafu) and were able to eat in the apartment regularly. This was virtually a door to door service. We came back from skiing to the apartment for lunch regularly which allowed a warm up and rest with your feet up! The washer dryer made it easy to have clean and dry clothes (washing liquid was provided). There are central heating radiators in all the rooms, so you can dry your gloves etc. It is a short walk to the Black Diamond pub where you can have a good dinner and drinks. We also went into Hirafu a few nights on the free shuttle. Lots of good places there to eat and drink. Spikes for your shoes/boots are essential when it is icy in town. The apartments are serviced daily, so coffee, dishwasher tablets etc are replenished. The feel of the place is small, friendly and boutique and the corridors are not too long, so everything is convenient. I would definitely return.

Amazing amenities in an amazing location. It was great being able to ski to the door at the end of a long day! All staff are super friendly and efficient and the look and feel of the place is very high end. If your after nights out and a party atmosphere this place is not for you, but if your happy to ski all day and then relax it brilliant. Like most of the places in Niseko it is expensive for food but the shuttle will take you to Kutchan and with a full kitchen it’s cheap to feed yourself. We did walk 10 minutes to the black diamond lodge for one meal which was great value and lots of fun. We used the onsite onsen most days, although you will need to use the free access to Green Leaf or the Hilton to experience an outdoor onsen. Overall one of the best places we have ever stayed.

so this brand new hotel is ski in/out but in niseko village, which connects to hirafu via ski lifts but by road is 15 mins away and the bus shuttle is very infrequent, and taxis limited. We hired a car from airport, which was great as it allowed us to visit lots of less touristy, and way cheaper restaurants but helpful if you have experience driving on snow... the accomodation is excellent - very well appointed rooms. we had a 3 bedroom apartment, and every amenity was present. clean, nice and new. ski valet was lovely - just drop your skis and boots there each night. front desk staff exceptional. as many have said breakfast is disappointing. They need to improve this. We did have one dinner at their restaurant, but it was very expensive. Far better to taxi to local restaurants in niseko village, niseko town, annupari or hirafu... some will provide a free pick up service if you ask. Would stay here again if they keep the prices at the luxury escape deal....but otherwise would think again...there are so many new accomodation options available now....

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at Hinode Hills. This is TRUE ski in, ski out. Only a few steps from the exit from the ski valet to the magic carpet that takes you to lifts and gondola. Zen and his staff in the dining and bar are welcoming and everything we ate for lunches and dinners was exceptional. Breakfast was limited choices and for the love of god get a second toaster.But I am being picky now. Great menu choices and all fresh local produce used was delicious.If you love a cocktail let Zen make you some of his specialties (I was tempted to take him home with me) We had 2 x 1 br suites for us and the kids next to each other. They were beautifully furnished and left nothing wanting. We noticed the safe was not anchored to anything so could be picked up and taken away so I think this needs to be addressed. All staff were friendly and efficient. I want to give a big shoutout to the ski valet staff and ski hire centre in the resort. They were great for suggestions and recommendations. Always had a laugh and even had our warm slippers ready when we returned in our ski boots. Fraser, Jayden and Madelin are a true asset to Hinode Hills and we looked forward to seeing them each day. Big thanks to Jayden who went above and beyond organising a transfer to hospital when our youngest needed an x-ray, it was done quickly and efficiently. Overall we had a wonderful stay and I would not hesitate to recommend Hinode Hills. Take a trip into Niseko Village on a Thursday night for the traditional drumming and dinner at Two Sticks.

Very friendly and helpful stay! Our room was beautiful. Great to have a ski hire in the hotel and also somewhere to keep our own equipment! There is a frequent bus to take you into the town! The bus can fill up so make sure you are waiting early for it! Would highly recommend staying here

We booked the hotel via Luxury Escape. It did not disappoint us. The apartment was made with such high standard and very spacious! For our family of four we chose the 2 bedroom style apartment which gave us lots of space to move around. The facilities within the room is also prepared well with fully fitted kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine (perfect when you are staying for a long period). We stayed for 5 nights and made quite a good use of our kitchen (which is super handy since there are not that many options for food nearby the hotel). As we stayed there for the snow, the hotel was a perfect base. It is connected to the main meeting area via a magic carpet which is super handy in the morning, and you can also ski down to the hotel from the mountain. We hired our gear from the hotel (which is part of the Niseko Village service) as we had 50% discount for ski/snowboard hire as part of our reservation and we were pretty happy with the quality of the things we hired (snowboard was 2018 model). We also purchased our pass and book the kids class through the activity centre of the hotel. Breakfast was so so with not much selections. we had to choose either omelette, American breakfast (bacon, eggs and bit of sausage), pancake, ham and sausage or Salmon Rice. Hot chocolate is charged at extra ¥800 and there is also surcharge for cappuccino or lattes etc. When we ordered salmon and rice they did not look freshly cooked which was rather disappointing. Transport is a bit tricky as the hotel is in quite an isolated area. We had to catch shuttle to go to Hirafu (where shops and restaurants are located) and the frequency of the shuttle was a bit of an issue. And be mindful that you should book for the shuttle to take you to the hotel early as we found out when we arrived in the airport. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The only thing we do note is that since the hotel crew were mainly non Japanese it did lack the Japanese charm and hospitality which we did miss from our stay.
