The room was clean and comfortable, the personnel was very friendly and there was even a welcome drink :)

The room is located next to the reception, which starts working around 8 and you can hear very loudly all their conversations. And in general the door is not sound proof at all, so both you can hear everything from outside when you are in the room and vice versa.

Very nice apartment overall. Spacious, nice beds, awesome bathroom. Free coffee and water. Owners left us treats when we got to the room, they were very kind and accommodating of our requests to check in early and to store our luggage after check out. Nothing but a great experience. Location is also great. 5 minutes to the train station where you can go to Cinque Terre, and few minutes away from grocery stores and shops.

I use a cane. There’s an elevator to get to the room on the first floor and it’s close to the train. The train station also has an elevator outside the main entrance that is helpful to go down to the street level (Via Fiume).

Good location near the train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. A very nice room and easy check in.

Parking on the street is not very near the hotel and depends on your luck. You have to pay for the he parking though there is a discounted parking card (5 euro a day) you can get from the hosts.

Location, location, location and topping it off, each room was spacious, clean, well thought out and provided everything one would want. This was a pleasant surprise for our two night stay. Chosen for location (5 minute walk to train station), we were delighted by the room accommodations and best bathroom facilities during our 2+ week visit to Italy.

It's very near to the train station,' good neighborhood, The owner of the room was very pleasant and helpful with all the questions. The room was spacious, clean ans equipped with everythinq I need.
