The room was lovely

The bed, we found it very uncomfortable The location is a tricky one, as it is in a good location for the train but it is a bit of a walk to the "Main Shops" and water edge.

Our hostess was great. She greeted on our arrival, answered all of our questions and gave us some great suggestions of what to see that we weren't even aware of. She was a sweetheart. In addition our room which was recently remodeled was fresh and clean

The room was great, very large, very nicely decorated, modern bathroom, very well cleaned. Our host was lovely, welcomed us, had a nice chat, recommended a free car park nearby next to the police station. The property is 5 minutes away from the train station and the cafe where breakfast is served (croissant/pastry, orange juice & coffee).

The location is a bit shabby, it's in the old center of La Spezia and it's not really maintained, the sidewalks have a lot of potholes, quite dirty. At night a few hors after midnight several garbage trucks came every day to empty the recyclables containers across the street, they are extremely loud if you keep the window open. The door buzzers are also pretty loud, you'll hear other guests going in/out of the apartment and their room.

The owners were so welcoming and helpful!

Very comfortable and clean room with spacious bathroom, close to the train station. Warm welcoming from Mariarosa, all in all we enjoyed our stay a lot!
