Rommet var mørkt og det vente mot en brannvegg. Airconditionen var bråkete og luften kom direkte på hodet vårt slik at vi valgte å holde vinduet oppe men da var veldig varmt

"PARA REPETIR"

El personal: la habitación no estaba preparada a nuestra llegada y enseguida lo arreglaron alojándonos en una que cubría todas nuestras necesidades y solicitudes. Por otro lado, el segundo día de estancia nos avisaron que constaba la reserva duplicada y ellos nos dieron la solución, de manera que booking nos reintegró el importe de una de las reservas, Yo suelo viajar con asiduidad a Madrid y creo que puedo decir que es el mejor hotel, en su conjunto, en el que me he alojado.

La limpieza del baño.
