I was cheated I had to pay more amount. I was made to pay 1518 more while checkin saying the cost of room is more.

I was held captive in the facility for 3+ hours during checkout where I was asked to pay more amount. I have paid 100% amount before check in itself

Did not have breakfast. Check in process was easy

the towels could have been cleaner. Only one towel was kept for 2 people.
