"Unwarranted cancellation and Rude behaviour of property staff"

The property location is only thing i liked

The booking was made through Booking.com on 9th Feb at about 9.30 PM for 9th Feb Check in for 2 rooms for two families. I reached the property location at about 3.00 AM after travelling in high traffic route of Prayagraj to Kanpur. The guy at reception informed that the booking has been cancelled due to non payment of advance. I showed them the booking confirmation from booking.com which showed confirmed booking status. He simply refused that the booking has been cancelled by them and we may please leave at the earliest as he has to go for sleep. It was really rude of him. We were left with no other option but to look for other properties at the odd hours that too with females with us. Fortunately a nearby hotel guy helped us. Though he did have spare room in his property, he arranged for us two rooms in some other property. He took the pain for us which the guy at Solitaire Inn should have. Really bad on part of Fab hotels, Booking.com and the Solitaire Inn.

"A Disappointing and Unpleasant Experience"

I stayed at this hotel on my way to Maha Kumbh 2025, hoping for a few hours of rest before continuing my journey. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the place gave off a shady and unwelcoming vibe, which only worsened as I spent more time there. The rooms were in terrible condition—dirty, poorly maintained, and not at all worth the price they charged. The washrooms were even worse, with unclean facilities and a complete lack of hygiene. The overall state of the hotel was appalling, and it felt like no effort had been made to upkeep the property. To make matters worse, the ambiance was uncomfortable, and I didn’t feel safe staying there. We ended up leaving within two hours of checking in, despite having paid upfront. It was a complete waste of money, and I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. This place is not worth your time, money, or peace of mind. Avoid at all costs!

The location was good

The bath accessories were dirty and stained. The water was not hot on a cold day. The faucet works differently in different rooms.
