Smart Hotel Budapest

A good hotel for a short stay. The property is quite new and modern, with a great location within walking distance of Keleti Railway Station and the city center. The breakfast is simple but of good quality, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated the possibility of leaving my luggage before check-in and exploring the city while my room was being prepared. The room itself was clean and cozy, with an extremely comfortable bed. The different lighting options created a nice atmosphere and made the room feel even more comfortable.

On the downside, the bathroom could use some refreshing. There was a slight damp and moldy smell, although it was not a major issue. Another disappointment was related to my Genius benefits. I was supposed to receive an upgraded room with a window, and I even confirmed this directly with the hotel before arrival. I was assured that my room would have a large window—but it turned out there was no window at all :) That said, I was allowed to check in several hours early (which I really appreciated), so I guess we can call it a fair trade: early check-in instead of a street view!

El apartamento como tal espectacular, lo que no nos avisaron que están haciendo obras justo en la ventana de 7 a 16 de la tarde con la radial, si quieres en este momento relajación, un poco difícil porque se escucha incluso con la ventana cerrada

Minden nagyon szép, otthonos, fiatalos. Mindennel meg voltam elégedve. Tisztaság, udvarias kiszolgálás, kényelmes ágy. Ha tehetem és szállás szükségeltetik máskor is ide fogok jönni.

Nem volt negatívum.

Saunabereich ist sehr schön hergerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich und auch die Polster. Bad ist auch in Ordnung (aber es gibt vieles das nicht ordentlich angeschraubt ist von Klopapierhalterung, bis Duschtür, und Haken) Bügeleisen, Föhn, etc wirklich alles vorhanden :)

Mein Zimmer hat sehr gestunken schon beim Betreten, laut. Rezeption kommt das vom Kanal. Es gibt kein Fenster das man öffnen kann um den Geruch loszuwerden. Weiters wollten sie mir für die 2. Person nochmal extra das Frühstück verrechnen obwohl das bereits bezahlt war und auch auf booking der Preis für's Zimmer mit Frühstück gleich hoch war egal ob man es in Einzel oder Doppelbelegung gebucht hat. Das hat kein gutes Bild hinterlassen.
