Il divano letto poco comodo

I had booked the apartment mainly because it was walking distance from Bologna's city centre. Upon arrival I was informed by the property that I wouldn't be able to use the apartment (apparently there were plumbing problems) and that they had booked a room for me in a nearby hotel. Absolutely false -- the hotel was outside the city, over 30 minute drive away from the city centre. That completely ruined my stay in Bologna -- had to use my car to get to the town centre, had to pay for various expensive car parks, and wasted most of my stay driving in and out of Bologna (because from the hotel where I had to stay there were no buses to the city; it would have taken ages anyway). I felt absolutely cheated. Alquilé el apartamento porque estaba cerca del centro de Bolonia a pie. Al llegar me dijeron que no podía quedarme, al parecer por un problema de fontanería, y que me habían alquilado una habitación en un hotel cercano. Falso: el hotel estaba fuera de la ciudad, a más de 30 minutos en coche del centro. De poder ir paseando al centro, como yo había planificado, me encontré teniendo que coger el coche varias veces al día para ir a la ciudad, viéndome obligado a pagar en aparcamientos carísimos, y perdiendo horas entrando y saliendo de la ciudad (desde el hotel donde me habían alojado no había ni autobuses a la ciudad, estaba en un polígono industrial; además, si los hubiera habido me habría llevado lo menos una hora llegar al centro). Justo lo contrario de lo que yo había reservado. Me sentí totalmente estafado.

Muy limpio todo, las camas muy còmodas. El baño es amplio y la ducha còmoda. Giulia nos sugiriò muchos sitios e inclusive nos dio una tarjeta de descuento para cualquier consumo. Nos facilitò un estacionamiento gratuito para nuestro auto.

Falta un microondas.

Temperatura dell'appartamento non ottimale, giorni molto freddi anche fuori in realtà

The area was ok, public transport, shops, restaurants all in the neighborhood.

Apartment was very cold. When we arrived there was 16 C and since outside was 11, it was very unconfortable and we could not heat it up over 20 during the whole stay. After we had arrived the host kept us waiting for her for an hour although she asked several times at what time we would arrive which we clarified. After five hours of driving it was very annoying especially when she did apologize or mentioned any reason for it.
