Appartamento Massarenti

The location was great, it was very clean and we could park next to the apartment in a private parking spot, so it was very safe. There were all amenities near the apartment as well.

It would have been nice to find just a little bit of the basic stuff, like salt and olive oil, but we had brought our own so it wasn't a problem for us

The manager was an hour late for the walk in. The stove didn’t work. The shower door didn’t work. Terrible customer service.

Beautiful apartment; well maintained and clean with all the amenities that you might need. Giulia makes sure that you understand how everything works. The apartment has its own parking spot right next to the building.

The shower door does not close completely, so be careful to avoid getting the floor wet.

The apartment is situated very close to the city centre, about 15 minutes walk, has a bus stop almost in front, the bus goes to Piazza Maggiore, there is a train station in 5 minutes that goes to Bologna Centrale and enough shops to get whatever you need, the building has private access. It was very clean and tidy and Julia was great, she waited for us without a problem (we had a huge plane delay) and introduced us to everything. She has been very helpful and responding, also sent us information before arrival. I do recommend the place, it is also great for travelling with children.

Kind, helpful host, the apartment is a pleasant walk from the center, a shop and a great pizzeria are nearby. Easily accessible by car. It has a closed parking lot. The apartment is clean, well maintained, with an equipped kitchen. We were with a family of 4, I can only recommend it. In an air space there is a double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed and the kitchen.

The apartment is on good location, at good walking distance from both locations we were visiting, the centre and Bologna Fiere. There are bus stations near by, and train station is also near. It is in a nice house/building with a yard, and it is not right on the street which makes it more comfortable. The apartment is renovated, the bed is comfortable. It has all necessary amenities. The host is very nice, waited us upon arrival and gave us the keys, showed us the appartement and gave us all useful information for the city.

The property was very very nice! It was very very clean and comfortable, also the room was very well arranged. Bathroom was clean and nice. There were towels and bathroom supplies for us to use and also coffee. The location was amazing, the bus stop is right in front of the building (it takes around 12 minutes to get to city Centre), the neighborhood seems really peaceful and safe, a lot of shops around. The host is lovely, constantly in touch with you, responds to messages very quickly and is also very helpful and nice, seems to really care about her guests:) For us 4 girls traveling together it seemed very safe and comfortable. The price was also not so bad, it was great, the standard of room and quality is high. Thank you for nice stay:)

From approx. 15 min to the city center, well equipped, silent place. Good for families.
