MXLa ubicación muy buena y la vista desde la terrazaV súper bien y el personal muy amable
El baño no funcionaba bien. Al inicio ni agua tenía la taza del baño y nosotros tuvimos que resolver. El piso de la regadera le hace falta una buena tallada con buenos líquidos para quitar sarro. Y el lavabo sacaba un ligero olor desagradable, con un tapón se resuelve todo. La vista de la terraza a las 11h está bloqueada por las sabanas que lavan de las habitaciones

There was nothing we didn't like.
USI love getting to meet people from different walks of life that I would not have ever met if I were in my daily routine back home. Additionally the Terrace On Top is a lovely place and I spent every sunset up there enjoying the time and space i loved the breakfast the staff was extremely attentive and the location is perfect.... close but not too close so that you get a nice quiet experience

The staff are not readily available. They are there only in the morning and evening.
USCuter than the photos, and my room opened up to an amazing room. I thought the value and centro location were great. And the breakfasts were home cooked and yummy. The rooftop terrace is fantastic.
Saturday night it was so loud until like 2 am (but this was due to staying in the Centro, and the rooftop clubs, and no fault of the hotel). Still, something to consider if you’re an early-to-bed person.

CAEverything. The location was about a block from the center square and quiet. Gorgeous rooftop with view of the cathedral and the valley. The room was very comfortable and everything worked well. Plenty of outlets to charge electronics. Purified water to refill bottles. A working fridge in the hallway to store any perishables and a very good breakfast of strong coffee or teas, fruit, yogurt, granola and eggs or pancakes. Excellent!
