Nothing to fault

Location was breathtaking. Fabulous staff who did their best. Comfortable room with great views and excellent bed.

Cleanliness could improve. The standard of food options could improve. I do understand the industry is just recovering from the economic situation. Hotel has great potential if improvements made

Large and spacious family rooms with welcoming and accommodative staff. Food was good and the facilities are excellent. The surroundings are beautiful.

Remote location - around 45 minutes away from the Kandy town, which makes it time consuming to roam around Kandy as a tourist. Room maintenance and quality checks were below par. The washroom door was not locking up (identified after check in) although the issue was addressed promptly.

Spacious room , Good location and friendly staff. There is not a lot of choice for in room dining menu. However the staff is helpful and is flexible with the choices on the menu. Moreover, the food is good and the prices are reasonable. Overall, pretty good place to stay
