"Excellent"

A great spot to stay in Ha Long. Staff were refreshingly friendly and the facilities and standard of hotel is very high. The staff went above and beyond when we left items in our hotel room to get them couriered to Hanoi for us. Would highly reccomend!

"Great service!"

Well what a surprise. A lovely beautiful and clean hotel with friendly helpful staff.The room was spacious with a very nice bathroom. Breakfast was included that catered for both Asian and Western patrons. Very nice! One thing that stood out was that they really took good care of their clients. Thank you guys!

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very clean, well equipment and excellent facilities. I like the amenities in the bathroom very much , worth of value. Breakfast and local seafood also very good

"Excellent customer service and cosy beautiful room"

The hotel staffs are very friendly. The roman room is very clean and nice decorated. The hotel is located in center of Ha Long in which close to crowded street, local clubs and restaurants. I'm definitely coming here again.

Khách sạn mới khai trương đúng ngày lưu trú. Địa điểm dễ tìm, phòng mình đặt tuy không to lắm nhưng sạch sẽ, ăn sáng ngon, nhân viên hiếu khách, nhiệt tình. Nói chung đáng đồng tiền. Sẽ đặt lại khách sạn này nếu lần sau có dịp xuống Hạ Long
