Livingstone Beach House

We stayed at the beach house for 5 nights. What a gem of a property. Right on the beach with entrance to the beautiful clear blue sea. Views from the bedrooms are spectacular to wake up to each morning. All the rooms are cleans and modern to cater for your family. Fully equipped with everything you need, little shop down the road for basic essentials and a larger shop nearby. Mia the property host was amazing from our arrival until we left. Mia reached out to us prior to our arrival to assist with any airport transfers, excursions, restaurant suggestions and was a wealth of knowledge for our time there. I cannot thank Mia enough, fantastic house, beautiful island and I can’t wait to return!

Our host Mia was excellent. She replied promptly to every single inquiry and request. She helped us in so many ways, even storing items for us after we left until we returned over a week later to collect our things. The level of service and professionalism was over the top.

Great location on the water and close to shops, restaurants and bars on the island and on Trogir. Mia the property manager was exceptional. She was highly responsive and gave us tons of tips and recommendations. She arranged for paddle boards and a private boat trip that was outstanding. The owner should give her a raise!

Property was great. Had everything we needed. Be prepared to climb lots of steps. One recommendation would be to move the washing machine to the 1st floor bathroom vs having it in one of the upstairs bathrooms. Unfortunately, we broke one of the glass shower door panels during our stray. The owner had us pay €600 to replace the entire shower which we thought it was a bit expensive for one panel but it is what it is. All and all a wonderful stay.

The house is beautiful and well equipped, plus in a great location. You can easily walk into Trogir Old Town (take the hillier shortcut as it's less busy with cars!). The house has everything you need to cook, a BBQ, and a washing machine to help keep your packing light! Mia is an excellent host and we felt totally at home. The house is very adaptable, we were 3 adult couple so we had a floor and a bathroom per couple which meant we didn't feel too cramped but could all be together for meals and sunbathing by the pool or on the beach. Equally it would be great for families as the kids could be on the beach in a few steps. Mia was really helpful letting us know good restaurants, places to visit, and markets. She's a brilliant host and made our stay extra special.

Wonderful experience at every aspect! I would like to start from our Host- Mia was so supportive and kind. Helped us a lot to provide each and everything for our comfortable stay. Livingstone beach house has amazing location with swimming pool and beachfront. You can have direct access to beach with all rooms facing beach-scenic view. Our stay was in no: 3 villa with 5 spacious bedrooms and 6 baths. Linens were clean and kitchenette has everything to cook your food. We stayed for 3 nights. I would like to suggest stay here for more days and explore surrounding areas like Hvar, Vis and other islands, boat tour and even zadar. Overall amazing stay. Strongly recommended

Everything was wonderful

We had the most incredible long weekend in Trogir for my best friend’s hen party, and it was all thanks to our amazing host, Mia. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The accommodation was the definition of perfection—spotlessly clean, beautifully styled, with breathtaking views, and just a ten-second walk to the nearest shop. Mia was a dream to communicate with—responsive, warm, and full of local knowledge. She helped us organize everything from airport transfers to dinner reservations and gave us fantastic recommendations for things to do in Trogir. Thanks to her, the entire weekend was seamless and stress-free. We honestly can’t thank Mia enough for her kindness and hospitality. She made a special occasion even more memorable, and we’ll absolutely be back!

Skønt beliggende 4 etagers hus. Lige i strandkanten. Formidabel panorama udsigt fra sengene. Store flotte værelse. Gode kvalitets-senge. Der var blot lidt få mangler i form af revnet rude, defekt persienne, manglende lys-pære samt lidt sporadisk mangelfuldt indhold i køkkenet.

Stunning property. Beautiful location on beach. Apartment has everything you need. Short walk to Trogir town center. The host Mia is awesome. We had a smooth check in and she gave many recommendations for local experiences. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was incredible. Thank you so much.
