Livingstone Beach House

Stunning property. Beautiful location on beach. Apartment has everything you need. Short walk to Trogir town center. The host Mia is awesome. We had a smooth check in and she gave many recommendations for local experiences. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was incredible. Thank you so much.

Without doubt the best Air B&B type accommodation We've had in a very, very long time. The photos on the site are accurate, it really does look every bit as good as they make it out to be. We had excellent communication throughout and were met by Mia who manages the property on arrival, who gave us a tour of the house to show us how everything worked and made sure we were happy with it, so much better than just turning up to a key in a lockbox. She gave us some great local information, including the short cut to walk into Trogir centre, which was incredibly useful. Having your own parking space is an absolute must in the area as parking is a bit of a nightmare, so that was a bigger bonus than we would have realised before we got there. The swimming pool was lovely and warm and was great for a swim in the evening. There's also a couple of little supermarkets within walking distance for bits and pieces that you might need and a big Kaufland about a 10 minute drive away which was really good for a big shop. I can't speak highly enough of the place or indeed Mia, who gave us her number should we have any questions throughout our stay and couldn't have been more helpful, she even stopped by to say goodbye to us before we left. It made for a fantastic stay, and we will absolutely come back.

There were some basic things missing. Simple shelves/storage in the bathrooms and hooks for towels and the kitchen wasn’t really well enough equipped to cater for 10. There were 7 in our party and we only just managed to self cater for a few nights. There were a few things misleading about the property description - it mentioned private beach which just isnt the case (it was full of general public but not really an issue). It also stated that there was a microwave, video games and sat/cable TV which wasn’t the case. Finally - there is no executive lounge as described in the booking.com brief.

The views from all rooms were amazing and the standard of decor and furnishings made it such a comfortable place to stay. The location was perfect and we loved the pool too! Mia, our host was super helpful and went out of her way to help us get the best from our stay with great communication and suggestions as well as kindly helping us on our last day to store our luggage after checkout and give us a lift to collect it before heading to the airport.

There was nothing we didn’t like really. We did attempt a BBQ but didn’t have enough coals as it was such a huge BBQ!! :D

Our host Mia was very nice and helped us with everything regarding our villa and vacation in general. Villa itself and the territory are very beautiful, all windows in all rooms face the sea side. Kitchen is equipped with every utensil you could need. Swimming pool area is big and has a beautiful view. We had a really great time and definitely are gonna be back!

The location was perfect! The beach house was absolutely beautiful, spacious and laid out perfectly for a large group. The property manager, Mia, was so attentive, friendly and extremely accommodating to our needs. She made our stay exceptionally fun🥰 Trogir is so charming and a great base for exploring Trogir, Split and the surrounding islands of Croatia.

Spacious rooms with big windows and direct view to the sea, very nice and helpful service for checking in and any other needs, good bathrooms, good beds, own terrace with sun beds.

It’s good to notice the apartment is in four floors.

It was beachfront and had everything we needed, whilst being a stone throw of everything we wanted to check out locally in the region.
