GBGBIt was very appealing on arrival , staff were very friendly and helpful , our room was lovely and very clean Breakfast was plentiful and delicious , if we could of we would have stayed longer !

Where to start. The room had a bath which I was happy about after a long day of travelling. Went to try and run a bath - no hot water. I tried calling the hotel multiple times, no answer. My husband filled the bath with the shower and multiple kettles. 5 mins after being in the bath the manager is banging on the door to come in, saying there’s water coming through the ceiling. There was a leak somewhere. I jumped out and ruined my bath. I tried to sleep and couldn’t all night from loud loud loud people outside my window swearing like sailors. Went down to breakfast at our time and was bullied into eating as fast as possible so other people could take our table. Nowhere near the £140 value experience I paid for. So disappointed.
GBGBMyself and my partner Sharon stayed for the one night as I was working the Wednesday and Thursday up at Seaton. We left Plymouth early Wednesday morning and I went straight to work So we checked in that evening for the one night, the room was comfortable with an ensuite that had a fair size shower plus an amazing bath, unfortunately we didn't take advantage of the bath because we were unaware of it therefore we didn't bring any Radox I went to work early again on Thursday morning and Sharon was meeting me at 9am . Sharon had breakfast at the venue which in her words was scrumptious and the clincher for me was that they made a fantastic fresh Sausage and Bacon sandwich too take away for me to eat when Sharon met me. Amazing 😋😋

Car park was small so no parking space. No dinner available, It was not mentioned that before. Cold coffee in the morning.
GBOverall good was a bit untidy around the conservatory area Breakfast was a little sparse as we requested that we do not eat pork but they didn’t offer any alternative
