Stated the hotel had a restaurant but no food available other than breakfast There was even a food menu in the room from which you obviously couldn't order. Ridiculous. It is not really a hotel but a pub with a few rooms Breakfast with supposed award winning ingredients was very average. Not sure which awards they were. Scrambled egg was cold. More Tesco ingredients than award winning farmers ingredients. Very little parking Building exterior is very tired Cancelled future second booking as found alternative which looks far better and cheaper

The pub was not serving food that weekend, although that is the reason we booked as we had our dog with us. Staff had left a menu in the room. Another couple were in the same position and we had not been informed in advance. When I asked for a recommendation of somewhere where we could eat with a dog in Seaton they didn't know. Breakfast was limited unless you like a 'Full English'. No fruit or yogurt or anything remotely healthy was available.
GBWe stayed here overnight to break up our journey on route to our holiday. Was perfect. Friendly , helpful staff. Clean & tidy room & a delicious breakfast. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed whilst we were there but we ate at Frydays, which was perfect for us. Would recommend.

Waiting for a partial refund/ compensation, as we could not use the shower and despite reporting it to the breakfast staff, the report was neglected so cold shower then cold coffee served at breakfast- so asked for tea then no tea spoons- this is basic hospitality. No food in the evenings and the menu looked nice !!

The bathroom door didn't stay closed and didn't have a lock; therefore, it wouldn't close. There was some miscommunication about breakfast times.
GBReally friendly and welcoming staff. The room was huge and had everything you’d need. Bath gel smelt divine.
Quite a small carpark which could prove difficult if you have a large car.
