"This is a good, simple motel that is clean and cheap."

Clean, simple motel. Great location near I75. The room was clean.

The breakfast was subpar as you could only get cereal or waffles. Very small breakfast area as well.

"Not what I expected"

The bed was very comfortable and had nice pillows. The lady at check-in was kind and pleasant and gave me a ground level room even though the original reservation had given me a secod floor room

The carpet appeared to not have been vacuumed. When I turned the water on to shower it came out red for a few seconds before mostly clearing up. Apparently the water hadn't been run for quite a while to have all that rust built up. It was pretty gross.
